Points are a discount on MindHope sessions booked in MySpace and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each session can use points for up to 20% of its price. Points expire 30 days after you earn them, and the ones expiring soonest are used first. Every review and video is checked by our team before points are added. Plan bonuses are removed if the plan is fully or partly refunded, even if the points were already used. Points returned after a refund keep their original expiry. Hope Circle bonuses are added once per level, when a friend you invited completes their first session. Gifts are charged at full price (coupons and points do not apply), and the gift bonus is added after the person you gifted completes their first session.
