What is MindHope?
MindHope is an emotional wellness and counselling platform created to support India’s mental health in a simple, human, and accessible way. Life throws emotional challenges, and we believe no one should face them alone. MindHope connects you with trained psychology professionals who listen, guide, and help you build clarity and emotional strength.
Who is MindHope for?
MindHope is for anyone feeling anxious, overwhelmed, confused, emotionally stuck, or seeking clarity in life, relationships, career, or personal growth — even if you have never taken therapy or counselling before.
Is MindHope suitable if I’ve never taken therapy before?
Yes. In fact, MindHope is one of the best ways to start. We don’t bombard you with heavy clinical terminology. Our approach is calm, conversational, and supportive, helping you ease into emotional work comfortably.
Does MindHope offer therapy or counselling?
MindHope follows an emotional mentorship approach that is similar to therapy and counselling. All mentors on MindHope are qualified psychologists, professionally trained, and every session is rooted in psychology-backed frameworks and models.
Can I talk about anxiety, depression, relationships, or stress?
Yes. You can openly discuss concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, self-esteem, overthinking, and emotional struggles in a safe, judgement-free environment.
Is MindHope a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment?
No. For severe clinical or medical conditions, we prefer and recommend clinical therapy or psychiatric care. MindHope focuses on emotional guidance, clarity, and structured psychological support.
How does a MindHope session work?
Sessions are one-on-one conversations conducted online. Mentors follow structured psychology-based frameworks to understand your emotions, patterns, and challenges, while keeping the experience human and non-clinical.
What happens after a session?
After your session, you can continue with the same mentor, schedule your next session, and decide the date and time that works best for you. Progress is built gradually over sessions.
How many sessions do people usually take?
Most people take around 3–5 sessions, depending on their concern and personal goals. Some may need fewer, while others choose longer guidance journeys.
Who are the mentors at MindHope?
All mentors at MindHope are qualified professionals with a minimum Master’s degree in Psychology. Each mentor also undergoes MindHope’s internal training program before guiding users.
Do mentors follow a structure or just talk?
MindHope mentors follow structured frameworks and psychology-backed models. Sessions are not random conversations — they are guided, intentional, and focused on real emotional progress.
Can I continue with the same mentor?
Yes. Continuity matters. You can stay with the same mentor across sessions to build deeper understanding and trust.
Is MindHope confidential?
Yes. Privacy and confidentiality are core values at MindHope. Your conversations are protected and handled with strict confidentiality.
Who can access my session information?
Only your assigned mentor and the MindHope team can access your information, solely to ensure continuity and quality of guidance.
How is pricing decided at MindHope?
Pricing depends on the session type you are choosing. All charges are transparently shown before booking, with no hidden costs.
Why isn’t MindHope completely free?
Psychology professionals spend years studying human behavior and emotions. Also, psychologically, we value and commit more to what we invest in. MindHope keeps pricing affordable so you can continue sessions comfortably while ensuring professional guidance.
