Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
MindHope offers counselling and mentorship-based services that involve time reservation, mentor availability, and operational planning.
Once a session is booked, resources are allocated specifically for you. Hence, refunds and cancellations are governed by the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund is applicable only under the following condition:
- Payment has been made, and no session has been taken within seven (7) days from the date of payment.
Refund requests must be raised within this 7-day window by contacting support@mindhope.in.
3. No Refund After Session Usage
Once a session has been conducted—partially or fully—no refunds will be provided.
This applies even if:
- The mentor is changed at a later stage
- The user is dissatisfied after attending a session
- The session was short or exploratory in nature
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Users may request cancellation or rescheduling of upcoming sessions.
However, any cancellation or reschedule request made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be considered, as the mentor’s time is already blocked and cannot be reassigned.
To avoid loss of session and ensure smooth support, users are advised to inform the MindHope team for any reschedule or cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
5. Plan Validity & Inactivity Policy
Clients who have enrolled in the Understanding Plan or Transformation Plan are required to complete their sessions within a maximum period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
This policy is in place to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the counselling and mentorship process. Long gaps between sessions may disrupt progress and require the mentor to reassess and revisit previously discussed concerns, impacting the overall experience.
In case of inactivity, if MindHope does not receive any response or engagement from the client for a continuous period of 30 days, MindHope reserves the right to mark the remaining sessions as completed.
6. Mentor Change Policy
MindHope allows mentor changes where feasible to ensure a better user experience.
However, mentor reassignment does not make the booking eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method as per gateway timelines.

8. Policy Enforcement
MindHope reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and cancellations, in accordance with this policy.
Any misuse, repeated cancellations, or suspicious activity may lead to denial of refund requests.
9. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I have not taken any session?
Yes. A refund is available only if no session has been taken within 7 days of payment.
What happens if I cancel within 24 hours of the session?
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session time will not be considered.
How long do Understanding Plan and Transformation Plan sessions remain valid?
These plans must be completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
What happens if I do not respond for 30 days?
MindHope reserves the right to mark the remaining sessions as completed if no response is received for 30 days.
